The Road Less Traveled
Today I made a choice to ignore my GPS and take a different route home from the Midwest for once. When the option came to stay on 70 West rather than cut North to hop onto I-80, I turned off the GPS and kept on driving.
What a silly way to feel like a free spirit, but I'm ready for some new scenery and the mountains should be beautiful this time of year. And, since this signifies my last hurrah of shows for a while (as in, my plan is to take a sabbatical), I wanted to feel slightly more celebratory, free and unpredictable.
