This year I’m challenging myself to fully complete a draft of my memoir of being a juvenile delinquent. More than a decade ago, pieces were a regular feature on my blog. I’ll be sharing snippets to continue to hold myself accountable because it’s tiiiime to complete this birth journey.

Having a word for the year is so much more interesting than setting goals (you can have those too). A word for the year help with intention, and it can surprise you in the ways it shows up.

Life has been a whirlwind of changes in the past few months, which is a common pattern in my life with the transition from Winter to Spring. Even though I love change, it takes time to adapt and integrate the shifts. I catch my internal judge being extra judgey when I need to rest, go to a café rather than make tea at home, or slug out on the couch for a mindless binge fest.
