Soup's on

I'm having so much fun making soup this fall/winter, sans recipe. Yesterday I made a broth that will hopefully rock: turkey bones, fennel fronds, and all sorts of herbs and alliums. Tonight I'm cooking up the soup... this is my artistic endeavor for the day since I've been spending this week getting caught up in QuickBooks (well, and also getting caught up on sleep).

I'm still toying with buying the book "The Pleasures of Cooking for One" since I saw it featured in O Magazine... I'm still switching my mindset to enjoying just cooking for myself.
