Make Space for Big Magic With Flower Essences

Hello, curious soul ~

The New Moon in Scorpio is just a few days away on Monday, November 13, 2023. Waning Moon cycles support clearing out and making space. Sometimes there's an obvious place to draw boundaries, take a pause, or do a Kondo-style purge.

I also invite you to embrace the Scorpio-season vibes by contemplating: is there anything you can clear that makes space for more magic, more possibility, and more transformation?

It doesn't have to be complicated. I personally cleared off some desk space and also blocked off some calendar time for creativity, an area I'm always open to more magic.

Autumnal Scorpio also loves going deep, so turn this prompt inwards as well (with gentle curiosity).

When I did this, I found I was creating a safe haven with a few projects as a way for procrastinating some deeper work that challenges me more but creates more transformation and future possibility.

This isn't a space I want to push because who wants to push anything right now, but this awareness helped reveal how I could switch priorities one or two days a week to dig in to these deeper projects that keep getting ”drained Kat“ energy that results in “maybe someday” thinking.

Experience a blossoming in your soul

One area brought into the light is my newly developing work with Flower Essences. Essences capture the energetic vibration of the flowers and other natural beings (trees, shrubs, rocks, crystals, etc.).

Since they are not a material medicine that impacts the physical body, Essences are an energetic medicine that supports the subtle body realms of emotions and energy patterns. They easily work with and support other modalities to help clear unseen debris and friction.

If you've made it to a recent event, you know I've been creating custom Flower Essence blends that align with the energetic intention for each gathering. I love doing this and will continue creating more and offering those for sale soon.

Making products is one of my safe havens because I also know from my own experience that Flower Essences support deep healing. When I worked with an herbalist to heal debilitating gut issues on a physical level, we also brought in Flower Essences to address the underlying trauma, fears, emotions, judgment and shame.

Flower Essences have helped me:

  • love myself and my body more deeply,

  • gather courage to try new things,

  • move through grief and loss,

  • stay grounded while others around me go through changes,

  • settle stress during big moves, and

  • create focused flow for creative projects (to name a few).

If you have anything YOU would love energetic support with, reach out. I'd love to hold space for you and connect you with flowers in this way. As I'm working towards certification and need the practice with clients, I've created an introductory offer. Click here for details and sign up info.

If you're yearning for more nourishing connection with others, next week's Ritual Candle Crafting experience is NOURISH in November. This short evening event will help you tend your magic and deeper waters even amidst pending holidays and turmoil in the world.

Thank you for your support and encouragement! Let me know if I can offer the same to you in any way.

Stay curious,
Kat
