Do you know how to access your own wisdom?

The Sun is in Gemini and we are in the midst of Mercury Retrograde. Next week the New Moon is in Gemini while there’s also a solar eclipse. We’re heading towards Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year… and these are just a few of the astrological events happening in the great beyond.

Whether or not these events “make sense” to you, there’s a swirl here about being seen and visible in your brightness and fullness while also creating space to sit in emptiness in your darkness.

There’s a lot about communication, which dives into speaking your truth, knowing your own desires, and the vulnerability of being willing to be both heard and seen in all of it.

And Gemini always feels challenged by identity, wanting to be embraced in multi-faceted dimension rather than clearly labeled.

There’s so much paradox here, as there is with life.

How do you learn to sit with all that is *and* tune into yourself? To not feel pulled and swayed by every event, not to mention the influence that comes from other people’s opinions and judgments?

There’s a way to tune inward and tap into your own deep well of wisdom, whether or not you even know it’s there.

It’s a practice based in the willingness to show up, quiet down, explore and listen.

There may be fear of deafening silence, which may be there if you don’t trust yourself. If you’ve tamped down your own intuition in favor of lists and outcomes, achievements and other people’s guidance.

But there are ways to cultivate this relationship with yourself. To develop your intuition. To know yourself and uncover the wisdom you carry.

That’s what we do together in Writing With The Moon. I hold this space as a place to practice and listen. You show up for yourself and for the others in the circle. The experience is guided so you are held, and there’s also freedom for you to explore what shows up for you.

With practice you not only draw on your own deep well of wisdom, but in these gatherings you also add to it. Your well fills and nourishes you and your life in unseen ways.

This month’s theme explores visibility, identity and giving voice to that which wants to be seen.

If you’re ready to awaken your intuition so you can learn to trust yourself, you can sign up for Writing With The Moon (which includes 2 live 90-minute Zoom sessions each month) — the next session is Wednesday, June 9 — or email me so we can discuss other options to Tap into You.
